We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative part-time Nursery Room Leader at Warwick Preparatory School from February 2025.

The successful candidate will have an excellent rapport with young children, have relevant experience and qualifications, be committed to the highest standards of educational provision and be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Warwick Preparatory School.

Under the direction of the Head of Pre-Prep and Head of Nursery, the Nursery Room Leader will provide support to the pupils in both curriculum and pastorally, helping to raise standards by ensuring high expectations are set and adhered to.

Responsible to: Head of Pre-Prep.

Salary : The salary scale for this role is Point 24 (actual salary £8,319 per annum) to Point 27 (actual salary £9,151 per annum).

Working hours : 07:45 am to 04:00 pm for 2 days a week
