  • Commercial Administrator

    We are seeking to appoint a competent part-time temporary Commercial Administrator to start as soon as possible.

    The job holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the different teams who report to the Foundation Director of Hospitality & Leisure.

    The successful applicant must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude with an ability to work under pressure and possess a customer-focused approach to communicating effectively with different stakeholders internally and clients.  

    The post holder will report to the Foundation Director of Hospitality and Leisure.

    Working Hours : 15 hours per week
    Working weeks : Temporary

    Salary : Point 12-15  (FTE £23,492 subject to a cost of living increase and a grade review following the national living wage increases). Actual Salary : £9,524 per annum

  • Catering Assistant

    We are seeking to appoint Catering Assistants with food handling and production technique ability,who has an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards and a basic knowledge of Health & Safety at Work. 

    The successful applicant will assist in the preparation of and service of all meals and refreshments as determined by the Head Chef and Front of House Manager. They will undertake the delivery of hospitality requirements across campus. They will assist with the preparation of the dining rooms. They will ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.

    Working hours: Position 1: 30 hours/week
                                  Position 2: 10 hours/week

    Salary : Foundation pay scale point 11 which for Position 1 is equivalent to £15,444 per annum actual salary and for Position 2 is equivalent to £5,148 per annum actual salary (FTE : £23,492 per annum)

  • Kitchen Porter (Professional Services)

    We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to support the Head Chef with the daily provision of meals and refreshments to the pupils and staff. This will involve assisting in service of all meals and refreshments, ensuring the kitchen and dining rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard both during and after service, and correctly storing, labelling and rotating food items.

    The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a busy Catering environment and an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    Working hours : 30 hours per week - 09:00-15:00 (5 over 7 days)
    Working weeks : 36 weeks per year

    Salary : Foundation scale point 11 which is equivalent to £15,444 per annum actual salary (£23,492 per annum FTE).

  • Head Chef

    We are seeking to appoint a competent and qualified Head Chef with a minimum of two years of experience in the Head Chef role, to start as soon as possible.

    The successful applicant will take a lead chef role to ensure an exceptional standard of food for Day students, at functions both internal and external, and to support a wider foundation catering team to cover event business, boarding and sports catering shifts as required.

    The role requires assisting the Head of Food operations in creating and implementing service levels and standard operating systems to consolidate and improve the catering sites under 'one' brand.

    The ideal candidates will possess :

    • Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
    • 2 years minimum experience working in a Head Chef role
    • Experience heading a large brigade in a multi-site environment
    • Fine Dining and Banqueting experience

    Hours of Work : The role is 40 hours per week, (5 days out of 7, usually Monday to Friday).

    Salary : Foundation scale point 30 to 33 which is equivalent to £33,640 to £36,630 of actual salary.

  • Student Recruitment Manager

    The Foundation is looking to appoint a student recruitment manager.

    They will manage the full international recruitment and admissions programme, working with external consultants as required, to ensure that the Foundation’s international recruitment targets are met. They will manage and take responsibility for boarding recruitment for both Warwick Senior School and King’s High School, managing international parent and agent enquiries, including meeting prospective parents and pupils both virtually and in person.

    Working hours: Full time, all year round. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. 

    Salary: £40,680 to £43,750

  • Boarding House Chef

  • Hospitality and Event Assistant (Casual)

  • Swimming Teachers (Level 1 and 2) - Sports Centre

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Swimming Teachers for our outstanding Swim School.

    The ideal candidate will have ASA or STA level one or above, the Teacher Rescue Award and at least 6 months' experience coaching swimming to children; a Lifeguard or First Aid at Work qualification would be advantageous.  Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to quickly build rapport with children and parents.

    The role is mainly for weekends and some lessons in the week days during the holiday. 

    Hourly rate: These rates include the cost of living pay increase applicable from September 2023.

    • Level 1: Support Staff Point 22 to 25: £16.45 per hour including holiday pay (£14.06 per hour excluding holiday pay) to £18.09 per hour including holiday pay (£15.46 excluding holiday pay)
    • Level 2: Support Staff Point 27-30 : £19.25 including holiday pay (£17.95 excluding holiday pay) to £21.00 per hour including holiday pay (£17.95 per hour excluding holiday pay)
