  • Senior Catering Assistant

    We are looking to recruit a Senior Catering Assistant.

    They will have experience of working in a commercial catering environment or similar for the at least 1 year. They will have an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards and a basic knowledge of Health & Safety at Work 
    requirements. They will be responsible for the safe preparation and service of all meals and refreshments

    Work hours: 30 hours per week term time only including INSET days

  • Catering Assistant

    We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant.

    They will have an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards and a basic knowledge of Health & Safety at Work. They will assist with the preparation of and service of all meals and refreshments as determined by the Head Chef and Front of House Manager. They will undertake the delivery of hospitality requirements across campus. They will assist with the preparation of the dining rooms. They will ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.

  • Development and Alumni Relations Officer

    We are seeking to appoint a part-time Development & Alumni Relations Officer to help a busy and thriving Development & Alumni Relations Department by creating engagement opportunities and building mutually beneficial relationships with our community of former students, staff, parents and local community groups.

    The successful applicant will be passionate about the sector with a desire to improve access to quality education for all and will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with at least two years of experience working in a development office or equivalent communications-based role.

    The role will report to the Head of Alumni & Community Relations to support the development and implementation of the Foundation's alumni relations plan.

    Hours of work : 30 hours per week 
    Salary : Foundation pay scale points from 20 (FTE-£25,522) to 25 (FTE-£29,743) which is equivalent to pro-rata salary £20,693 to £24,116 respectively.

  • Community Engagement Officer

    We are seeking to appoint a Community Engagement Officer to help a busy and thriving Development Department to foster relationships between Warwick Schools Foundation and its broader community, with a particular focus on former parents, former staff, corporates, charitable trusts and local community groups.

    The successful applicant will be passionate about the sector with a desire to improve access to quality education for all and will have exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to engage diverse audiences, will work collaboratively across teams and will be able to manage multiple priorities.

    The post-holder will report to Head of Alumni and Community Relations.

    Salary : Foundation pay scale 20 (£25,522) to 25 (£29,743)

  • Hospitality and Event Assistant (Casual)

    We are seeking to appoint a passionate Hospitality and Event Assistant to provide the highest quality of customer service to patrons of the venues to include giving information on facilities and events. 

    The successful applicant will have experience of working in public facing role and possess excellent customer service skill.

    Salary: Point 11 of the Foundation's Support Pay Scales which is equivalent to £13.50 per hour including holiday pay (£11.54 per hour excluding holiday pay). This includes the cost of living pay increase applicable from September 2023.

  • Swimming Teachers (Level 1 and 2) - Sports Centre

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Swimming Teachers for our outstanding Swim School.

    The ideal candidate will have ASA or STA level one or above, the Teacher Rescue Award and at least 6 months' experience coaching swimming to children; a Lifeguard or First Aid at Work qualification would be advantageous.  Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to quickly build rapport with children and parents.

    The role is mainly for weekends and some lessons in the week days during the holiday. 

    Hourly rate: These rates include the cost of living pay increase applicable from September 2023.

    • Level 1: Support Staff Point 22 to 25: £16.45 per hour including holiday pay (£14.06 per hour excluding holiday pay) to £18.09 per hour including holiday pay (£15.46 excluding holiday pay)
    • Level 2: Support Staff Point 27-30 : £19.25 including holiday pay (£17.95 excluding holiday pay) to £21.00 per hour including holiday pay (£17.95 per hour excluding holiday pay)
