  • Resources Assistants

    Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint 2 Resources Assistants. 

    An excellent opportunity to work within the facilities team. To be involved in a range of administrative tasks across a range of areas. This includes monitoring and managing inbound telephone calls and shared inboxes. Creating and managing orders, supporting Facilities line managers and inputting information. Contractor management to ensure security and safeguarding. Aiding with the helpdesk and helping facilities to ensure compliance. 

    Salary: £23,800 to £25,249

    Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm 

    1 hour unpaid lunch break

  • Sports Centre Supervisor

    Warwick Schools Foundation  is seeking to appoint a Sports Centre Duty Supervisor.

    They will lead and be accountable for the safe and high-quality day-to-day running and operation of the WISF Sports Centres and its associated facilities, which include Astros, Tennis, and Netball areas. Solve daily problems to ensure Sports Centre facilities, service and standards are met and maintained. Provide staff with open, constructive, and transparent feedback through decisive leadership during all situations, including emergencies.  Ensure staff adhere to correct Normal Operation Procedures (NOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs). Hold an RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification. 

    Salary: £25,249 to £27,825  

    Working Hours: All year round, 37.5 hours a week, five over seven days a week, on a three-week rota, including one in three weekends. At weekends, we are only open until 18:00

  • Kitchen Porter (Professional Services)

    We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to support the Head Chef with the daily provision of meals and refreshments to the pupils and staff. This will involve assisting in service of all meals and refreshments, ensuring the kitchen and dining rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard both during and after service, and correctly storing, labelling and rotating food items.

    The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a busy Catering environment and an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    This post is term-time including inset days, working from 8.30am - 3.00pm with 30 minute unpaid break, on any five days between Monday - Sunday (30 hours per week) and the salary is Point 11 of the WISF support scale (£14,351 per annum).

  • Choral Entrepreneur (Maternity Cover)

    We are seeking to appoint a Choral Entrepreneur (Maternity Cover) to help with our busy and thriving 'Warwick A Singing Town’ project. 

    ‘Warwick - A Singing Town’ is now in its 4th year. Its aim is for all residents to have access to high-quality singing opportunities: happiness and health in harmony. The project works in partnership with the local schools, hospitals and community groups across the town providing regular visits from our team of Choral Entrepreneurs fully funded through our partnership with The King Henry VIII Endowed Trust.

    This role will report to the Foundation Executive Music Lead.

    This is a part-time, maternity cover. The post holder will work on Tuesday and Wednesday for 16 hours a week and 39 weeks per year.

    Salary : Foundation Pay Scale Point 29 to 32, which is equivalent to £12,755 to £13,897 per annum, of actual salary.

  • Casual Chef - Professional Services

    Warwick Schools Foundation are seeking to recruit Casual Chefs to join our team of catering staff to ensure that a high standard of food is prepared for both core dining and also for events working across both our Warwick and Leamington campus.

    Rate of pay: £14.88 - £15.52 per hour including holiday pay (£12.72 - £13.27 per hour excluding holiday pay) which is equivalent to Point 18 to 20 of Foundation pay scales, plus benefits.

  • Casual Sports Camp Lead and Sports Camp Assistant

    We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly organised Casual Sports Camp Lead and Camp Assistant to join our foundation and contribute to our growing Sports Camps program. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in sports coaching, whether sports-specific or general, and demonstrate a strong ability to plan and deliver a range of engaging sessions designed to develop sports skills. Depending on qualifications and experience, the coach will either lead or support sessions. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to engage in various sports and activities beyond one’s specialisation. We are also looking for those who would like to gain experience in the field or maybe new to it, which may mean you might not have the necessary qualifications.

    The Warwick Schools Foundation Sports Camps provide an inclusive environment for boys and girls of all ages and abilities to improve their skills and understanding of different sports. Camps run throughout the school holidays and include sports like cricket, hockey, tennis, netball, football and rugby. The successful candidate should be available for coaching during these periods on a zero-hour contract basis, as well as for planning sessions prior to the camps.

    The post holder will report to the Sports Camp Coordinator.

    Working hours : Typical working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm subject to camp needs. Camps will be during school holidays.
    Working weeks : Mainly school holidays and possible weekends

    Salary : Point 11 of the Foundation's Support Pay Scales which is equivalent to £13.50 per hour including holiday pay (£11.54 per hour excluding holiday pay) to Point 33 which is equivalent to £22.87 per hour including holiday pay (£19.55 per hour excluding holiday pay) - Depending on qualifications.

  • Chef de Partie (Professional Services)

    We are seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to provide quality food for the core pupil dining service and both internal and external functions.

    The successful candidate will have experience of working in a catering environment or similar and will have the ability to demonstrate good food handling and production techniques.  Predominantly, one role will be based at Warwick School or The Kingsley School; however, the role may require to work across the Foundation if necessary.

    The role is for 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis for 40 weeks a year (term-time plus 23 days) 

    The post holder will report to Senior Sous Chef.

    Salary : Between Point 17 to 20 of Foundation pay scales
    FTE : £24,200 to £25,522 (full-time equivalent)

  • Casual Sports Coaches (Professional Services)

    Warwick Schools Foundation are looking to appoint Casual Sports Coaches from a variety of backgrounds to help a busy and thriving department with up-and-coming sport camps and activities!

    Duties of the role include: 

    • To plan, set up and deliver sport specific classroom based and physical sessions based on the chosen sport of the camp that meet the camps age criteria and needs (dependent on qualifications) and to undertake all administrative tasks associated with the position, including Camp registers. 
    • Coaches to provide supervision and direction to Sport Camp Assistants & participants. 
    • Sport Camp Assistants to aid coaches with session and activity needs. 

    Hours of Work: Casual – Zero Hour contract. Typical working hours are 8:30am – 3.30pm with subject to camp needs. Camps will be during school holidays

    Pay Banding: Point 33 – £19.19 per hour + holiday pay (£22.42 total)
