  • Economics and/or Business Teacher (Part-time)- Warwick School

    Warwick School is seeking to appoint a part-time Economics and/or Business Teacher (up  to 0.8 FTE) from 1 September 2025. The post will be attractive to someone new to the profession or a more experienced teacher. This is a great opportunity for a highly qualified and experienced individual, as the school seeks to build on the success of winning Independent Boys School of the Year for 2022 and deliver on our vision of being the most 
    inspiring, rounded, and caring boys’ school in the UK.


    The Economics and Business department currently comprises four teachers and is housed in spacious and well-equipped accommodation containing three classrooms, departmental library and office.


    The AQA specifications are followed for both A-Level Business and A-Level Economics.  Demand for both subjects is increasingly strong with approximately ninety boys in each year group opting to do one or both. The department prides itself on the fact that Business and Economics-related degrees are the number one destination for Warwick School pupils, alongside a growing number of higher-level apprenticeships. Results are consistently good and there are ambitious plans for the department in the future. The department offers a number of extracurricular activities, including: personal finance to year 9; share dealing competitions; and, a variety of domestic and international trips. However, Young Enterprise is the most successful and popular extra-curricular actively where are students, in collaboration with King’s High School have won multiple awards in 
    recent history.


    The Economics/Business Teacher will also work closely with senior staff in the other Foundation Schools to ensure coordination and consistency and that pupils at Warwick School benefit from the best of both worlds.

  • Graduate Sports Assistant- Warwick School

    We are looking for an outstanding sportsperson who would like the opportunity to work in both Warwick Junior and Senior Schools.

    If you are interested in sharing your talents with young people or considering becoming a teacher, then this is the opportunity to develop your teaching and coaching skills whilst gaining experience in both a primary and secondary setting. For the right candidate, Warwick School also provides the opportunity to become a teacher with QTS being achieved within two years of starting the post. This is likely to be one exceptional candidate of the Graduate Assistants. Graduate Assistants are expected to be available at all times during the school term. They are required to support the schools’ PE and Games programmes, including fixtures both in the week and at weekends. The successful candidate will therefore have played and/or have coaching experience in a variety of sports. The core competitive sports played at the school are rugby, hockey, cricket and tennis, but the sports programme also includes swimming, athletics, table tennis, badminton and more…

    Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they understand their role in the context of safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults and are able to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people. The successful candidate will visibly maintain the highest professional standards, have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentational and ICT skills, and have the ability to work flexibly within the school structure.

    Salary : £22,220 – 37 hours per week for 44.4 weeks per year (all year round)

  • Director of Junior Music - Warwick Junior School

    Warwick Junior School is seeking to appoint a Director of Junior Music from September 2025.  The primary duties of the Director of Junior Music are to lead and develop the academic and co-curricular music programme across Warwick Junior School.

    The post will be attractive to a skilled and dynamic musician and teacher with leadership experience, who is keen to work with pupils, parents and staff in providing a stimulating, enjoyable and high-quality musical education for all our boys, both inside and outside the classroom. 

    This is a great opportunity for a highly qualified and experienced individual, as the school seeks to build on the success of winning Independent Boys School of the Year for 2022 and deliver on our vision of being the most inspiring, rounded, and caring boys’ school in the UK. 

    The role includes responsibility for the teaching, learning and achievements of all pupils within the curriculum and co-curricular music, as well as working to fulfil the overall aims of the school by inspiring the boys to be the best they can be within a stimulating, nurturing and supportive environment.

    The Director of Junior Music will also work closely with senior staff in the other Foundation Schools to ensure coordination and consistency and that pupils at Warwick School benefit from the best of both worlds.  

    The Director of Junior Music will report directly to the Headmaster of the Junior School.  

    The key areas of responsibility and duties which attach to the position are set out below, although the list is not exhaustive, and the Director of Junior Music may be expected to assume additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by the Head.
