  • Receptionist - Warwick Preparatory School

    Our school reception is warm and welcoming, reflecting our caring ethos and providing the first impression of our forward-thinking and vibrant school built on traditional values and the pursuit of excellence.

    We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join our dedicated administration team, with excellent interpersonal skills, working within a busy school office as a part-time receptionist. The position is temporary for up to one year to cover maternity leave.

    The successful candidate must have:

    • the ability to provide a warm welcome for parents, visitors and colleagues and deal with their requests in an efficient and professional manner
    • a good working knowledge of office systems 
    • excellent communication skills
    • attention to detail
    • the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
    • the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines to ensure the school office operates efficiently for the smooth running of the school.

    The hours are 30 hours per week, working from 8am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive, with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes each day, on a term-time only basis. 

    The salary scale for this role is Point 12 to 15 and the actual range is currently £14,216 to £14,817 per annum, (full-time equivalent range: £22,500 to £23,450 per annum), subject to review in April.

    Start date: May 2025.

  • Teaching Assistant - Warwick Junior School

    We are seeking to appoint a caring and professional Teaching Assistant, with experience of working across the ability range in Key Stage 2, including with more able pupils and those with SEND. The role will primarily be based in Year 3 and 4.

    The role could be a full or part-time role with a minimum of 0.8 (equivalent of 4 days a week). For the right candidates, the role could be a job share.

    The successful candidate will be a team player, but also be confident and pro-active in supporting the pastoral and academic needs of all the pupils. A willingness to support all members of the community in making the most of the opportunities on offer is important.

    Salary for the full-time role: £18,976 to £20,131 per annum

    Salary for the role on 0.8 timetable: £15,181 to £16,105 per annum

    Usual hours: 8am – 4pm term time only plus INSET days.

  • Science Technician - The Kingsley School

    We are seeking to appoint a Science Technician to provide a high standard of support to our Science department and students.

    The role of a Science Technician at The Kingsley School is vital for the successful and efficient delivery of the Science curriculum throughout the school. We are looking to appoint a positive, reliable, and knowledgeable individual who can support the staff and students in the department with their experimental work, whilst being a strong team player within a successful academic department.

    The successful candidate will be friendly, positive, articulate, and well-organised, capable of working to deadlines and multi-tasking effectively. They will need an excellent awareness of the health and safety regulations and implications of the work of a busy Science department.

    The position is part-time working from 8am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday. It is a term-time only role plus INSET days. The actual salary is £10,909 per annum (the full-time equivalent is £22,500 per annum).
