Casual Rugby Coach (Warwick School)
Warwick School is seeking to appoint a dynamic, self-motivated, highly organised, and experienced Sports Coach to work within our outstanding PE Department, in a school where sport is nationally recognised.
Primarily, this role will be to support the school's rugby programme throughout the season, so the ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications (preferably RFU Level 2 or 3) and/or relevant experience to coach and referee rugby at both Senior (U12-U18) and Junior (U8-U11) levels. Additionally, there may be opportunities to contribute to the Summer Term sports programme, such as coaching athletics, cricket, or tennis and to assist on sports tours.
The school’s rugby programme provides staff with significant development opportunities as a coach, with mentoring, CPD and significant contact time with a variety of other coaches and coaching groups.
The ideal candidate will be available to coach on weekday afternoons and assist with the delivery of the lunchtime and after-school sports programme, as well as being available for Saturday matches when required. There are also flexible opportunities for coaches seeking fewer or more casual hours to accommodate other commitments.
Salary: £22.87 to £27.31 per hour including holiday pay, depending on experience.
